Save Our Youth

SAVE Safety Net Works and the Neighborhood Recovery Initiative

The state is in jeopardy of losing two major violence prevention programs. Safety Networks has serviced over 13,000 high risk youth across the state of Illinois, and the Neighborhood Recovery Initiative will provide over 3430 jobs for youth and adults in neighborhoods greatly impacted by violence. These programs provide mentoring reentry service, school based counseling, parent leadership programs, and outh leadership development services in over 26 communities

TAKE A STAND with us May 17th, and help us save these two vital programs.

Below is a link to the flyer for the rally in support
of Safety Net Works and the Neighborhood Recovery Initiative. The
rally will take place this Tuesday, May 17th at noon. It is
imperative that we have a very large turnout to the rally from our
community. Please send this flyer out to all of your supporters. If
you need a ride to the Thompson Center, a bus will be leaving from
St. Sabina at 11am. You must RSVP with Pam Bosley by Monday at 3pm if
you would like to ride the bus. Please email her at
pbosley@thearkofstsabina.org , with the number of people you would
like to reserve a seat for. Please feel free to contact us with
any questions 773-483-4333.
