MEE Productions will be conducting a series of focus groups to discuss television viewing experiences. All information provided in the groups will be confidential and used for research purposes only.
MEE will be recruiting participants from the following categories:
Chicago - Thursday, June 16, 2011
- African American Females (ages 40-49 years old) 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- African American Males (ages 28-39 years old) 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Potential participants must be a high school or college graduate and have access to cable television in their home.
Groups will last no more than 2 hours and participants will receive a $150.00 stipend for their time and transportation costs.
Location TBD - We are looking for an organization willing to host the focus groups. The locations will need to have two, air conditioned, private rooms adjacent or near one another and be available to MEE staff from 4 pm - 10 pm. The location will also need to have a television monitor (with RCA inputs) that can be used during the focus groups. Hosting organizations will receive a $250 payment for use of the facility.
