When: August 25–September 29, 2011, 1–4 pm
Where: 6601 S. Kedzie, Chicago, IL 60629
The Barbara Vick Early Childhood & Family Center: Vick Village will be open for registration every Thursday from 1:00 - 4:00pm. Parents should bring their child's birth certificate, completed physical form and 2 proofs of residency.
