The Flu Stops with You!
- Everyone 6 months and older should get a yearly flu shot*
- Don't spread germs: Wash your hands & cover your cough/sneeze
- Take flu medications, if your doctor prescribes them
The flu vaccine is the first and most important step in protecting against flu vaccine. The 2011-2012 vaccine offers protection against several flu viruses including H1N1.
The Chicago Department of Public Health will be providing flu shots to the community at The 20th Ward Public Service Office. If you have a Medicare card, please bring it with you. For more information call my office 773-955-5610.
