no-cost EMT training program for working women

no-cost EMT training program for working women, funded by the Eleanor Foundation and facilitated by us here at ICNC.  Both organizations are registered nonprofits.  The EMT program fosters economic self-sufficiency in Chicago women by providing them with an opportunity to learn tangible job skills and set them on the path to lasting careers in the health care field.  Application for the eight-month course is open to single, employed women living or working in Chicago and earning less than $40,000 a year, and is available at www.icnctraining.org .
